Is this the official Malacca River Cruise?
No. We are Malacca Tours, a brand of Exotic Asia Holidays Travel & Tours, a licensed tour company whose guided tours include the cruise. The cruise itself is run by its own official operator, who handles ticketing at ticket.melakarivercruise.my.
Do I need to book the evening river cruise in advance?
Yes for weekends and public holidays. Evening cruise slots sell out for walk-ups, and online tickets are date-specific and non-refundable. Our night tour pre-books the cruise, which is the point of taking it.
Where do you pick up from?
KL hotel pickup within a set radius, with surcharge rules for outlying areas, and a Corus Hotel meeting point. Exact pickup radius, surcharges and the meeting-point protocol are confirmed per product on its live booking page. Message us on WhatsApp if your hotel sits outside the usual zone and we will confirm before you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation windows are set per product and shown on each live booking page, so check the one you are booking. Note that the cruise operator's own online tickets are date-specific and non-refundable, and we never restate their terms as our own.
